Account Registration & Eligibility

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete, and supporting documents may be required for verification. Each individual may only operate one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential and must not share them with any third party. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, please notify our support team immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) and are subject to specified minimum and maximum limits. Deposited funds must come exclusively from a payment method belonging to the registered account holder; third-party payment methods are not accepted. Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal request is processed, as part of our security policy. Withdrawals linked to bonuses or bonus winnings may not be permitted until specific wagering requirements have been met. betongame reserves the right to suspend or cancel any payment in cases of fraud or suspicious transactions.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on the betongame platform are operated fairly and transparently, with outcomes determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG). Any attempt to manipulate games using bots, auto-clickers, hacking tools, or third-party software will result in immediate account termination. If technical issues arise during gameplay, we will work to resolve them as quickly as possible; however, betongame is not liable for any bets or winnings voided due to server outages. We reserve the right to amend game rules at any time to ensure a fair experience for all players. Any disputes or complaints submitted to our customer service team will be responded to within 48 hours.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on betongame are subject to specific terms and conditions, and each offer carries its own wagering requirements. Attempting to claim a bonus more than once from the same person, household, or IP address will be considered bonus abuse. There is a distinction between bonus funds and real funds; bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly and will only be converted to real funds once the specified conditions have been met. Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled if the bonus conditions are not fulfilled within the specified time limit. Account Closure & Restrictions

Betongame reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, false information, terms violations, or money laundering. Any valid balance remaining before account closure may be returned after a verification process, though any bonus-related funds will be forfeited. Limitation of Liability
